I just received my boxes which I had shipped from Canada to Australia with SevenSeas.

It’s so helpful that you provide everything needed for the move, from boxes to tape, to the marker, and then door to door pick up and delivery.

Every time I rang, the customer service team was fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

I just wanted to send some feedback on the shipment.

As a relocation professional, I was impressed with the behaviour of the delivery driver who called me at 8.30am , then every 30 minutes he called with an update.

In this line of work, customer service is often neglected and I would like to highly commend the driver for his professionalism and constant updates.
