I just wanted to send some feedback on the shipment.
As a relocation professional, I was impressed with the behaviour of the delivery driver who called me at 8.30am , then every 30 minutes he called with an update.
In this line of work, customer service is often neglected and I would like to highly commend the driver for his professionalism and constant updates.
