I have been dealing with your company for years now, and I have had great service every time. It is such a blessing to know that one can get your goods from door - to - door without any problems. I would never have been able to manage what your company is doing.
You are also very reliable when you give guide times and dates.
The people I have dealt with on the phone has courtesy and good knowledge.
I have recommended your company to all my friend who needs to send goods to and fro. One of my friends, who just started using your company for the first time, was shocked that she was getting the boxes delivered to her door, together with all the packaging material, bubble wrap, tape, and even a pen to write on the box with.

I was referred to Sevenseas by two friends who had used their services in the past and found them to be efficient and good value for money. When I contacted Sevenseas to move my personal effects from Australia to South Africa in November 2008, my account was immediately taken up by Nicole Denny. The service I have received from that point on has been excellent and I note the following specific points in support of this:
- Nicole had intimate knowledge of the shipping process and the concerns I had and demonstrated true patience in giving me various quotes for different options to ship my goods
- Nicole provided me with personal contact details and was always available when I had a query or concern
- My goods were picked up and delivered by Sevenseas in exactly the timeframe quoted to me
- The cost of the service was competitive and provided me excellent value for money.
I have since recommended Sevenseas to two friends and will certainly use the service, and Nicole in particular, again.

I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of how quickly your support staff managed to resolve a problem with a UPS pickup that never arrived yesterday. It looked like it was about to cause a major headache for us as we have an imminent departure from Belgium but Karl and Donna went way beyond the call of duty working from home to resolve this problem extremely effectively.
